Get in for a small donation to a local charity.
Beginner Yoga - Gentle Flow ~ 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. This class is for those new to yoga who wish to learn basic postures and become more aware of breath in a more gentle class format. We also welcome those who prefer a more gentle practice. Students can improve their flexibility and strength with supported and modified poses. No prior experience is necessary. Continuing Yoga ~ 7:45 - 8:45 p.m. Students who have practiced a minimum of one year and are interested in continuing their yoga practice will be guided to focus on balance, flexibility and alignment in this challenging class. Poses will be held longer, and as a result strength will be gained! PLEASE BRING A large yoga mat or towel. Other props are provided. You may wish to bring a towel, small blanket, or bolster to sit on. Refrain from smoking prior to class and do not wear scented body products. Please do not eat two hours prior to class.
